Shipping policy

Lead time for an order to be ready (approximate) shipping time is not included:

i. 2-3 days if items are ready and in stock

ii. A week to 10 days if custom made or starting a new batch

All ready orders in UAE will be delivered within the next working day, but also please allow 2-3 working days.

International ready orders outside UAE should take no more than 7 working days for delivery, but our experience is that it can sometimes take a bit longer.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Any additional custom duty, (if applicable) for international shipment will be collected, from the client, when the item is delivered.

Orders, within the United Arab Emirates, above AED 300 will be free of shipping cost.
