Return & Exchange Policy

All products are handmade, therefore each piece will be unique and special but may have, what you may perceive as imperfections. Please be aware that we are unable and cannot create perfect pottery pieces. When a made to order request is placed, we will not provide refunds, if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted for a dissatisfaction with clay, glaze, color, specks, occasional flows in the stoneware or glazing technique. These irregularities and subtle imperfections are evidence of the artistic nature of our work.

Damages 

If you received a damaged or broken item when it arrives, please send us an email to info@gaiaart.ae within 24 hours with pictures of the item and the packaging.

 

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours, from the time of placing it, without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse your account, using the same means of payment used for placing the order, no later than 14 days from the time of the cancellation request.
